THE CHALLENGE

Due to the small scale of the in-house Design team, we needed to create tools and make sure that they are usable for our non-designer colleagues, to allow us to focus on producing client work.

THE SOLUTION

Establish a company-wide design culture and expand the existing brand materials to make it accessible for members from other teams. Thus simplifying the process of creating on-brand materials autonomously.

THE PROCESS

Leaning directly into the late 80’s and early 90’s video game arcade rooms for visual inspiration, allowed the creation of a solid brand framework that serves as a container for current and potential clients' brands to converge together.
It created an instant sense of collaboration just through a brief glance at the visual language.

THE RESULT

Using the retro gridlines as the initial building component, unlocked a bunch of possibilities for the team internally to assemble on-brand presentations and various other assets on demand. Treating the created elements of the visual language, as tiny building blocks that can be dismantled and reassembled to accommodate any type of presented information or a necessary call to action.
